Memorial Service For Jean Stroud August 28
Posted: Tuesday, August 3, 2004   [EDIT]
GOODBYE, JEAN
On Thursday, July 29, Jean Stroud passed away after having been very ill for some time. Jean was a unique, free spirited, strong minded, loving individual, loved by many of us. She loved her church, PFLAG, and her dog rescue organizations and considered them her family along with her beloved dogs. We will miss Jean in many ways - especially her making sure that we all signed in at the sign-in table at PFLAG meetings, her faithful attending the Spectrum envelope stuffing sessions, and her performing many other services for the GLBT community. Her memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 28, at 4:00pm at the Unitarian Church.
