Living Better III, a conference for the Nebraska Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Community will be held Saturday, October 26. The conference will run from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Lincoln Unitarian Church, 6300 A Street.

Special Feature: Shower of Stoles
A feature of the conference will be an exhibit of the Shower of Stoles. These stoles have been collected from across North America. The stoles are from ordained ministers, elders, deacons, seminarians, missionaries, educators, church musicians, administrators, and others who have been barred from serving their faith community because of their sexual orientation.
Cost

The Living Better Conference is presented by the Welcoming Congregation of the Unitarian Church of Lincoln. Lunch will be prepared by the Social Action Committee of the Church. The Unitarian Universalist Association has supported full inclusion of GLBT people in all aspects of church life since 1970.
